For guests who made a purchase without creating an account, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the exchange.

Exchange Shipping:

The cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Keep the tracking number and any relevant shipping receipts for your records.
